This could be one of the problem if you are using some old laptop with graphic card these laptop have GPU as a part of motherboard and with long usage and heat the soldering of GPU with motherboard gets loosen due to which laptop don't start as they have only one graphic card while new laptop have two one for your display and other for gaming etc so if one damages other can work.
SOLUTION: IF YOU GO TO REPAIR SHOP THEY WILL JUST PUT A GLUE AROUND SOLDERING AND THAT WILL TEMPORARY FIX ,THE TRUTH IS THAT YOU NEED TO PURCHASE A NEW LAPTOP SO DON'T GO FOR REPAIR BECAUSE THAT REPAIR WON'T LAST LONG BUY A NEW ONE.
